What NameBright offers for consolidating an existing portfolio into your account: category-based organization plus Transfers Without Downtime (TWD) — moving domains in through standard registrar transfers, done in batches rather than a single upload.

1. Create a category to hold the incoming domains (see Create a Category) and configure its settings ahead of time (see Apply Shared Settings to a Whole Category) so each domain picks up the right configuration as it arrives.

2. Transfer the domains in, individually or in the bulk-transfer batch described in Transfer Domains in Bulk.

3. As each transfer completes, it lands in the category you created with its settings already in place.
