Canceling a pending transfer works differently depending on which kind it is.

For an external transfer , which screen you use depends on which direction you're canceling:

To cancel an outbound transfer request while it's still pending, go to My Transfers / Outbound Transfers , find it in the pending transfers table, and select Cancel .

To reject an inbound transfer request while it's still pending, go to My Transfers / Inbound Transfers , find it in the pending transfers table, and select Reject .

For a pending push (see Move a Domain Between Two NameBright Accounts (Push)): open the pending outbound or inbound push and select Cancel . This works any time the push is still pending and hasn't been accepted.
