NameBright supports three 2FA methods: SMS, an authenticator app, and email.

1. Log in, go to My Account , and open Security Settings .

2. Select the Two-Factor Authentication tab.

3. For the authenticator app, under the Authenticator App section, select Set Up , and follow the prompts using an app like Google Authenticator or Authy. The setup screen shows a QR code to scan, along with the option to enter the key manually.

4. For SMS, under the SMS section, select Set Up , enter your phone number, and then enter the verification code sent to your device.

To change the phone number or authenticator app on file after 2FA is already set up, go back to the two-factor authentication method you want to update and select Update SMS Phone Number/Authenticator App . You'll need to enter a 2FA code sent to one of your existing 2FA methods first. Once that's confirmed, you can set up a new method as outlined above.
